At Health Fitness Trust, our mission is to build a healthier, stronger, and more inclusive India by empowering individuals and communities through physical fitness, education, and opportunity. We believe that health, skill development, and equal access are essential pillars for sustainable national growth and social equity. Guided by a people-centric and impact-driven approach, we work to create scalable programs that address health disparities, promote lifelong wellness, and enhance employability across diverse sections of society.
Through strategic partnerships, evidence-based interventions, and community-led initiatives, Health Fitness Trust strives to strengthen human potential, foster resilience, and contribute meaningfully to India’s long-term socio-economic development.
We are dedicated to promoting grassroots sports and nurturing a culture of fitness across urban and rural India. Through school programs, community initiatives, and local sports engagement, we aim to inspire active lifestyles, identify young talent, and instill lifelong healthy habits from an early age.
A key focus of our mission is empowering underprivileged youth and women with employable skills through vocational education and training programs. By creating pathways to self-reliance and financial independence, we help individuals build confidence, dignity, and sustainable livelihoods.
Health Fitness Trust actively supports elite athletes and national runners by providing access to training resources, performance development, and long-term athlete support.
We believe in nurturing talent at every level to strengthen India’s
competitive sports ecosystem.
Health Fitness Trust works in close collaboration with coaches, sports institutions, federations, and CSR partners to identify, mentor, and develop elite athletes and national runners with high potential.
Special emphasis is placed on supporting athletes from underserved and marginalized backgrounds by reducing financial, infrastructural, and social barriers. Through access to advanced training facilities, sports science, nutrition guidance, injury management, mental conditioning, and national-level competition exposure, we enable athletes to pursue excellence with confidence and consistency.
Our structured, long-term support model ensures that athletes receive holistic development beyond performance alone—preparing them to represent their communities, inspire future generations, and proudly compete for India at national and international platforms.
In collaboration with corporate partners, public institutions, and implementation agencies, Health Fitness Trust designs and implements CSR-backed health, fitness, and social awareness programs strictly aligned with the activities specified under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. Our initiatives contribute to areas such as promotion of health care (including preventive health care), gender equality and women empowerment, livelihood enhancement through skill development, rural and community development, and promotion of sports with special focus on training of athletes. Each program is structured with defined objectives, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators to ensure statutory compliance and effective CSR deployment.
Guided by the principles of integrity, inclusion, accountability, and measurable impact, Health Fitness Trust follows robust governance, monitoring, and reporting frameworks to support CSR audits and disclosures. We maintain detailed project documentation, beneficiary data, utilization certificates, and impact assessment reports as per CSR Rules and amendments. Through transparent reporting, third-party evaluations where applicable, and continuous performance review, we ensure that all CSR initiatives are compliant, outcome-driven, and aligned with national development priorities—contributing to a fitter, healthier, and more empowered India.
